FotoTime Lost Shipment Replacement Policy

FotoTime guarantees that you get the prints that you order, even if they are lost in delivery.

  • Fedex Delivery

    For time critical orders, FotoTime offers inexpensive 2 day and overnite Fedex delivery and recommends that you choose either of those two ship methods to get your orders as quickly as possible. For either of these two ship methods, FotoTime will use and provide you the tracking number to find lost orders. We will also send you a free replacement order if Fedex cannot find or deliver your order within 2 business days of the promised delivery date in the Fedex tracking system. We also recommend Fedex for all international orders as postal deliveries overseas can take up two 3 weeks, while Fedex usually deliveres in less than 7 days anywhere in the world.

  • Post Service Delivery

    For more savings, FotoTime offers standard First Class mail and Priority Mail for US shipments, and Air Mail and Global Priority for foreign shipments. Unlike Fedex, the Postal Service does not provide tracking numbers or guarantee a delivery date. We may at our option provide a delivery comfirmation number on priority mail deliveries. Unlike Fedex, the postal service's delivery confirmation number cannot be used to track a package, and can only be used to confirm successful delivery.

  • Replacement Days

    The following table outlines FotoTime replacement policy and lists the number of business days after the ship date before FotoTime will send free replacement prints.

    For all lost Postal Service orders for delivery in the USA, the replacement set of prints will be shipped using a trackable Fedex 2 day delivery.
