Reprint and Return Policy

At FotoTime, your satisfaction is our primary concern. Explained below is our refund policy for the different products that we offer. Should you have any questions regarding refunds, please direct them here.

  • Prints and Gifts

    We are dedicated to delivering high-quality photographic prints from your digital pictures, and stand behind every product we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any prints or gifts that you purchase, please contact us within 30 days for one free set of reprints or your money back.

    To request reprints, please e-mail our support team here.

    To get a refund, simply return the prints and gifts that you want a refund for to the following address:

    Please be sure to include a copy of the receipt that was e-mailed to you at the time of purchase. We will refund your purchase when we receive your return, and e-mail you a receipt that details your credit.

  • FotoTime Storage Space Subscriptions

    FotoTime storage space subscriptions are non-refundable. We offer a full-featured 30 day free trial to try out our service and it's features so that you can ensure that FotoTime meets your needs first.

    There are no obligatations with our free trial. Unlike our competition, we don't require you to pay first, and then refund your money if you don't want the service. Instead, our trial really is free, and you only pay if you want to continue using the service after your trial expires.

  • FotoAlbum Pro Software

    As with most software purchases, FotoAlbum Pro is non-refundable. We do offer a 21 day free trial of the software so that you can ensure that FotoAlbum Pro meets your needs before you purchase it. The trial is full featured and does not function any differently from the purchased version.
